Chapter 17

If these Things had Happened, What Things would not have Happened?

1. Question: Who is man?

Answer: Man is the being who has built controllers for every stubborn element, but he has not been able to build one for his Ego.

2. Question: Who is man?

Answer: Man is the being who has created instruments such as steering wheels, breaks, switches and the like in order to control kinetic tools, but for the control of his Ego, he has not built any kind of efficient and sufficient tools. He has not even noticed it.

3. Question: Who is man?

Answer: Man is the being who has drawn out the mines of petroleum and gas and the like from the earth's core but, unfortunately, he has not been able to draw out corrupt selfishness from the Ego.

4. Question: Who is man?

Answer: Man is the being who has made various kinds of fruitful and unfruitful trees grow on this soiled earth, and in one way or another, he has succeeded in obtaining their useful productions. But in spite of the existence of the enriched springs and rivers of the Satisfied Ego, the Satisfactory Ego , and the Ego at-Peace, or at least, the Accusing Ego, he has often not succeeded in obtaining and gathering the least bit of outcome therefrom for the Heart, or for his vast world, for the sake of the Everlasting World.

5. Question: Who is man?

Answer: Man is a being who has removed from his path great obstacles, such as giant mountains, or he has made holes in them. He has left, however, the insignificant obstacle of his Ego. He did not remove it; on the contrary, some men did not understand it, and some others fortified it or let it get stronger and stronger. They are even calling the strong cooperators of the Ego to help them in this way.

6. Question: Who is man?

Answer: Man is the being who has subdued or defeated the elephant, the camel, the horse, and many other weak and strong animals. Unfortunately, however, he has not been able to subdue his Ego or at least, to defeat it.

7. Question: Who is man?

Answer: Man is the being who often traps wild animals and all that in order to eat them, but he himself is caught in the trap of the Ego and the jinni- and human-Devils until his departure. Except he may be saved by the fortification of purified Soul and splendid faith, with the help of Glorious God. Of course, relationship and companionship with clean-hearted friends are the first signs of finding this fortune.

8. Question: Who is man?

Answer: Man is the being who, for the purpose of bringing the animals' motions under his control, has fabricated means and tools out of halters, leading ropes, and so forth. For the purpose of subduing his Ego, however, he has rarely paid any attention to means and tools.

9. Question: Who is man?

Answer: Man is the being who has obtained from the earth and other materials, those parts useful to his Ego. During his lifetime, he delivers the wastes back to the earth. Therefrom, he did not obtain the truths enlightening his inner self. He has wasted days and has often spent a life in vain.

10. Question: Who is man?

Answer: Man is a biped being who has caused so much human loss that, if studied statistically, it would be millions of times more than that caused by existents other than himself. If mankind is not corrected then this will continue to happen, God forbid, many more times. In hope for the quickest improvement, His Grace and Mercy, and the light of guidance, may Glorious God bestow upon us a sound worldwide guidance through this servant and all the noble humans!

11. Question: Who is man?

Answer: Man is a being, murderer of his own self, after Azrael (the death angel), peace be upon him, by various means. But, in reality, he is a tool for continuing Azrael's affairs, and this is sometimes quite massive.

12. Question: Who is man?

Answer: Man is a two-footed creature who give exemption to Azrael, peace be upon him, in the killing scenes, and men themselves directly keep the scenes of such engagements warmer and warmer to the benefit of Azrael, peace be upon him.

13. Question: Who is man?

Answer: Man is the being who, ordered by Ego, has made a more and more constricting place for himself out of this temporary, free, and wide world of ours and the God-granted mines of the ocean and land. On this basis, he has shut the doors of comfort more and more to mankind, and he is still proceeding.

14. Question: Who is man?

Answer: Man is the being who proposes limitations for himself under the name of the law and thereby restricts his freedom, depriving himself through the negation of liberty. In other words, he has made life constrained because most people have not understood and practiced the restraining of Ego.

15. Question: Who is man?

Answer: Man is the being who has built canals and dams in order to dominate the oceans and rivers, and to make proper use of them. However, as for the enormous flood of egoistic powers of himself and of his fellow-creatures, he has not built any dams but some political containments based on Ego.
